MONTHLY WORKSHOP POLICY
Please bring your ticket to the workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you can transfer your ticket to another guest, but please let me know the guests name so I can prepare for the revised guest name. Workshop tickets are non-refundable. All monthly workshops are book through Eventbrite.
PRIVATE WORKSHOP POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to book a private workshop. The remaining balance is due on the day of the workshop. Payment method: e-transfer, credit card (5% processing fee)
ORDER INQUIRIES
E-transfer payment or credit card (5% processing fee) for orders must be made prior to delivery or pick up. Please email me for delivery rates. Curb pick up at my home in Riverbend, Edmonton is also an option if that is better for you!
SPECIAL EVENT POLICY
A non-refundable 50% deposit and signed contract are required to book florals for special events. The remaining balance is due within 1 week after the event. Payment method: e-transfer, credit card (5% processing fee)
